Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at our support email or phone number with your order details.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
